[RSS] Ultra-processed foods take up too much space on Canadian plates, experts warn

ImageBy some estimates, Canadians consume nearly half of their caloric intake from ultra-processed foods. Experts agree that ultra-processed foods harm physical health, and they're also correlated with increased negative mental health, including depression and anxiety.
