[RSS] Basement-free buildings are better for the future climate

ImageMontreal-area politicians have implemented or proposed bans on basements in flood-prone parts of the city as climate change raises the risk of heavy rains. Research also shows that basements help speed up climate change. Is it time to stop building them?
